	Gainsborough Electric Showers: Gainsborough Electric showers are designed to supply a constant flow of hot water. Mains cold water supply and electricity are all that is needed. The higher the kW power rating, the better the flow rate and performance. The new range of electric showers from Gainsborough, use the latest technology. They are able to optimise the flow rate of water whatever the conditions prevalent to the incoming mains water supply. So, separate power settings as used on other makes of electric showers are not necessary. They all have push button start/stop and a phased shutdown safety feature. This feature flushes out the heating compartment with cold water when the shower is switched off preventing any scalding should the shower be used again soon afterwards.
	Gainsborough Mixer Showers: Gainsborough Mixer showers are suitable for use with conventional gravity water heating systems and take advantage of the stored hot water supplies that these systems offer. The mixer shower uses this stored facility and blends it with cold water from the header tank (minimum tank height 1m above showerhead). The Ambassador is also compatible for use with combination boilers and multi-point systems. The Mixer range of Gainsborough Showers are thermostatically controlled and easy to use.
	Gainsborough Power Showers: Gainsborough Power showers are suitable for use with conventional gravity water heating systems and take advantage of the stored hot water supplies that these systems offer. The power shower uses this stored facility and blends it with cold water from the header tank. The integral pump is powered by a low voltage transformer (supplied) boosting the flow rate up to 14 litres per minute.
